A Little Market Update & What’s Coming Next

Hello Market Friends!

We wanted to pop in with a quick update-style post for Dows Market on Main. It's nothing fancy, just a cozy check-in and a look at where things are headed.

If you’ve been following along, you know this market has been coming together quite quickly, and we're excited about how it’s shaping up!

Vendor Registration Is Underway

We currently have 23 CONFIRMED vendors registered, and the mix is already looking so good.

Right now, you can expect things like:

  • Handmade goods

  • Art & creative businesses

  • Vintage-inspired items

  • Fiber, craft, and cozy market finds

  • Homegrown beef and pork

  • Baked goods

  • Curated collections

  • Food and beverage trucks

Community Over Competition

One thing that matters to the Dows Market on Main is the vibe.

This market isn’t just about selling things, it’s about:

  • Supporting small businesses

  • Encouraging new vendors

  • Creating community instead of competition

That’s why we also have a private Facebook group just for registered vendors. It’s a place to:

  • Ask questions

  • Share advice

  • Promote your products

  • Cheer each other on

  • Location: Dows Community Building 

  • Indoor / Outdoor: Vendors inside and trailers outside

What We're Working on Behind the Scenes

Behind the scenes, we are currently:

  • Finalizing vendor details

  • Organizing layout and flow

  • Planning promotion and social posts

  • Coordinating a few fun extras for market day

There’s still work to do, but it’s the good kind,  the kind that feels exciting and full of possibility.
